- Grape varieties and their classification by country and region;
- Compatibility of wine and products;
- Production technology, features of wines and regions, ethnologies;
- Features of wine pricing;
- Wine aromas and wine styles;

Basics of barista work:
- History of coffee. The appearance of the first coffee shops. Chronicle of the spread of the coffee tree;
- The path of coffee beans (varieties, growth, collection, processing, drying, transportation, storage, roasting);
- Assessing the quality of coffee (important nuances when choosing coffee);
- Rules for brewing coffee (grind size, temperature, serving portions, extraction time);
- A line of standard coffee-based drinks (ristretto, espresso, cappuccino, latte, etc.);
- Coffee-based drinks according to IBA (International Bartenders Association);
- Barista equipment and working with it. Installation, maintenance and care. Barista accessories;
