The training takes place online in a convenient format. After payment, you receive access to all training materials and can take the course at your own pace, returning to the lessons as many times as needed.

Even if you have never made desserts before, you will be able to calmly go through all stages of the training and master the preparation of popular confectionery products step by step.

During the training you can send photos of the cooking process or finished desserts. We review your work, point out what was done correctly, and explain how to fix mistakes so the result turns out perfect.

You will receive detailed technological cards with step-by-step preparation processes, thanks to which you will be able to easily repeat every dessert at home.

You will also receive two workbooks — a theoretical and a practical one — as well as additional materials: the “Introduction” file, a student memo, and a document for independent work. They describe in detail what equipment and tools will be needed to prepare the desserts.

First you study the theory, where the entire basic foundation of confectionery is collected. After that you move on to the practical workbook and begin preparing desserts step by step.

After each prepared dessert you will be able to check yourself using the section “Mistakes and how to avoid them,” so you understand the causes of possible problems and easily fix them.
